In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register an Account and access any product or service on the mil04d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mil04d operates a strict 21+ policy. The creation of an Account by any person under the age of 21 is prohibited, and any such Account will be closed immediately upon discovery with any balance held therein subject to forfeiture pending investigation.
• Residency: You must be a legal resident of Indonesia and physically located within a jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is not prohibited at the time of placing any wager or conducting any transaction.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to guardianship orders are not eligible to hold an Account.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be currently self-excluded from the mil04d Platform or from gambling activity more broadly under any voluntary or compulsory exclusion programme.
• Not an employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of mil04d or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners.

Registration on the mil04d Platform is free of charge. To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested in the registration form. mil04d operates a strict one-account-per-person policy — you may not hold more than one Account under any circumstances, including under different usernames, email addresses, or device profiles.

• Accurate information: All details provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and linked bank account or e-wallet details — must be truthful and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mil04d will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other channel.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly update your Account details if any of your personal information changes. mil04d accepts no liability for consequences arising from outdated information held on your Account.
• Single account policy: If mil04d identifies that you hold more than one Account — whether registered in your name or beneficially operated by you — all duplicate Accounts will be immediately suspended. Any Balance held within duplicate Accounts may be voided, and Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
• Account ownership: Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any Balance within it to any other person.

All financial transactions on the mil04d Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on your Account:

4.1 Deposits. mil04d supports deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmed receipt by mil04d's payment infrastructure — bank transfers typically settle within sixty (60) seconds; e-wallet credits are processed instantly. mil04d does not charge a deposit fee, although your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which mil04d accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time provided your Account is in good standing and all applicable wagering requirements have been met. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. mil04d targets a withdrawal processing window of under five (5) minutes to the bank account or e-wallet registered to your Account; actual transfer times may vary depending on your bank's processing infrastructure, particularly during public holidays in Indonesia.

• Matched funding method: Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet from which your most recent deposit was made, unless you have completed an updated KYC verification. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect your funds.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply. Your specific limits are displayed within your Account dashboard. Requests to increase limits may be submitted to support and are subject to KYC review.

• One promotion per household: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Claims that exceed this limitation will be declined.
• Right to modify or withdraw: mil04d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect claims that have already been accepted in full prior to the modification.

mil04d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, the single-account policy, or the prohibition on Restricted Activities.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Player's Account is subject to a fraud investigation, AML review, or third-party chargeback claim.
• Continued operation of the Account would expose mil04d to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• mil04d is required to take action by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

In the event of Account termination for cause, any Balance attributable to Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Restricted Activity will be voided. Real-money deposits that cannot be attributed to Restricted Activity will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC and fraud review processes.

mil04d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active players via the registered email address associated with their Account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request Account closure via the live chat support team.
